The two 10,000 SQFT properties have been sat empty after Hackneys “fashion walk” flopped. Mindoro Developments design and build team will be turning the properties into multiple workspaces, creating an exciting artistic hub. Work has started on Platform East creating 28 work spaces whilst plans for the west building are being drawn. Platform west will include a cafe, gym space and dance studios.
